Does it work with scanned PDFs?
Yes. AI analyzes the appearance of each page to find fillable areas, even in scanned documents. Clearer documents produce more accurate results.
What if AI misses a field?
You stay in control. Select an area for targeted detection, or draw the field by hand. You can also move, resize and rename existing fields.
Can I choose date formats and signature types?
Yes. Choose your date format and use an Adobe signature field or a text field for a typed name. Digital signature support depends on the PDF reader.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Pay 9 CAD per document without a subscription. For regular use, the monthly plan is 15 CAD for 3 documents, with additional documents at 5 CAD for active subscribers.
Will the PDF open in my usual reader?
The result is a standard PDF form. Text fields and checkboxes are designed for common readers. Some features, including digital signatures and date formatting, may vary by reader; check your document before sending it.
Who can see my documents in the app?
Your workspace requires sign-in. Each account can only access its own PDFs. You choose who receives the downloaded document.
