Terms of use
Last updated: November 2026
1. The service
SessionHub Forms is an online tool that turns PDF documents into fillable forms. AI identifies fields (text, checkboxes, dates, signatures and text to copy), which you can adjust before downloading the result.
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
2. Your account
You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activities performed through your account.
You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Your documents
You retain all rights to the documents you upload. You grant us only permission to process them to provide the service.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights to every uploaded document and agree not to use the service for illegal purposes.
Your documents are private: only you can access them through your account.
4. Pricing and payments
Displayed prices are in Canadian dollars: 9 CAD per document without a subscription, or 15 CAD per month including 3 documents, then 5 CAD per additional document for active subscribers.
Applicable taxes are added based on your Canadian billing address. Payments are securely processed by Stripe; we do not receive card numbers.
Membership renews monthly until cancelled from your billing management page. Three documents are included per monthly billing period; unused documents do not carry over. Downloading the same document again does not use another document. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Purchases are available in Canada in provinces where tax collection has been configured. Payment terms are displayed before confirmation.
5. Limitations of liability
AI field detection is a work aid: you remain responsible for checking the final document before distributing it.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you actually paid us during the preceding twelve months.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend an account for abusive use or violations of these terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Québec and Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Québec.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes through the service or by email before they take effect.
